About this project:
We saved our customer $1.1M and 32K man-hours by integrating a single exercise with 3 operational mission areas into their daily process. We controlled workload and scaled challenges to provide targeted training to ~400 personnel in the constraint process and exposed an additional ~1185 supporting employees to subordination methods.
Key lessons learned from the event were directly implemented by Commander, USAFE-AFAFRICA to correct gaps and smooth process seams
and enable an on-time standup of the new organization tasks.

EXPERIENTIAL PROCESS EVENT
Most training programs employ traditional lecture formats even though these methods result in little retention of information and no useful business products. We use customer provided problems and develop comprehensive scenario-based training that leads to solutions while the trainees gain buy-in to the team processes and culture that they will become part of. Leaders provide immediate feedback on the quality of the product that influences future training facilitation. Leaders also gain immediate confidence in the capabilities of new employees. |

PROCESS EVENT ANALYSIS
Exercising with realistic scenarios enabled creation of viable plans for future employment. The key result of the event was the elimination of 36 percent of process seams by identifying and implementing a simple organization change that streamlined information flow. |
